Bianca - Director / Customs Broker
A seasoned supply chain professional and female director based in Canberra, bringing over a decade of comprehensive logistics and supply chain industry expertise to OneSource Customs. As a qualified licensed customs broker, NCCC & AEPCOMM quarantine certified, Bianca has been immersed in the industry since 2013, accumulating diverse experience in various roles, including imports, exports, domestic transport, project management, 3PL warehousing, and customs.
Gaining qualifications in International Business, Marketing, and Customs Brokering, Bianca's strengths lie in meticulously assessing individual clients' supply chain challenges and crafting tailored solutions to address all facets of the supply chain. Her genuine passion is evident in her dedication to assisting new entrepreneurs and small businesses venturing into importing into Australia.
Bianca was awarded the CWB Small Business Woman of the Year 2023 and enjoys supporting women in business and the small business community.

Steve - Chief Operating Officer
Steve has been a serving defence member for over twenty years, having extensive experience within multiple corps' and units within Army. He has been an Administrative Clerk for many years and has developed his core competencies in his field during that time. Steve has also worked as an Administrative Manager within the private aviation cargo sector.
During his career he has gained extensive training, ranging from OHS, Data Security and Analytics that can be advantageously utilized. Steve is trained to work in a high compliance and demanding atmosphere and has honed his abilities to work competently and accurately in a demanding field.
